Hedef Filo provides the following services within the scope of the fleet management service;
Maintenance
During the contract period of Fleet Management for your company-owned vehicles, all periodic maintenance will be carried out at authorized service centers partnered with Hedef Filo, following the contract terms. Hedef Filo covers the expenses related to periodic maintenance and repairs, including part replacements and related labor costs when necessary.
Malfunction and Roadside Assistance
All malfunction and roadside assistance procedures of your company’s vehicles are carried out at the authorized vehicle service stations contracted by Hedef Filo during the term and within the conditions of the Fleet Management agreement. Malfunction, roadside assistance and possible tow truck service costs, and part replacement and related workmanship fees, if any, are covered by Hedef Filo.
Damage / Accident
All damage/accident procedures of your company’s vehicles are carried out at the authorized vehicle service stations contracted by Hedef Filo during the term and within the conditions of the Fleet Management agreement. Damage repair costs, part replacement and related workmanship fees, if any, and tow truck service costs are covered by Hedef Filo within the terms of the agreement.
Replacement Vehicle
In case you face a problem in relation with the vehicle covered by the Fleet Management service, you can contact with Hedef Filo Customer Services by dialing 444 1 433 and benefit from the replacement vehicle service within the terms specified in the agreement.
Valet
The valet service provided by Hedef Filo takes your vehicle from your office for the performance of periodic maintenance, tire replacement and damage repair procedures and is returns your vehicle back to your office during the term and within the conditions of the Fleet Management agreement.
Tire Replacement
The tires of your vehicle are replaced if the mileage specified in the agreement is covered, and all tire purchase and replacement costs are covered by Hedef Filo. If any article in the Fleet Management agreement covers winter tires, the procurement of winter tires and the storage of existing tires will also fall within the scope of our services.
HGS (Fast-Pass System)
HGS tags are provided by Hedef Filo for the vehicles covered by the Fleet Management service. All follow-ups and payments related to the HGS are covered by Hedef Filo and the relevant passage fees are collected afterwards.
Insurance & Inspection
Fleet Management service includes the payment of taxes for the vehicles you receive under the service. Additionally, the expenses for exhaust emission measurements and inspection procedures will be covered by Hedef Filo.
