Valet Delivery
Within the scope of our “Delivery Valet” additional product, we deliver the vehicles to your address with a towing service after you complete the ordering process. Since new vehicles cannot be put on the roads, we offer valet service and deliver them with a tow truck service in cases where you cannot buy the vehicle from the dealer.
Valet Return
With our “Return Valet” additional product, we pick up the leased vehicles from the address you provided following the expiration of the agreement with our Valet Return service. We pick up the leased vehicles from the address you specify with tow truck services if necessary, depending on the address you declared and the number of vehicles to be returned. So that we prevent you from wasting your time waiting at the vehicle return point.
Periodic Maintenance Valet
Within the scope of our additional product “Periodic Maintenance Valet”, we allocate a valet for the periodic maintenance operations that need to be carried out throughout the contract period. We prevent you from losing time and possible work in operational processes such as taking the vehicle to the service, waiting at the service, and picking it up from the service.
Tire Valet
“Tire Valet” is our additional product that we offer for the semi-annual mounting/dismounting procedures of the winter tires and all-season tire replacements. We perform such processes ourselves to prevent you from wasting time during the performance of operational processes such as delivering the vehicle to, waiting at, and taking the vehicle back from the service.
On-Site Tire Change Service
When you purchase our additional product “On-Site Tire Change Service”, we carry out the mounting/dismounting procedures of the winter tires and all-season tires directly at your address. You do not suffer any loss of resources since such tire changes are carried out at your address. We finalize the tire change operation of the entire fleet at the same time.
This service is provided in Istanbul only for the moment.
Inspection Valet
Within the scope of our “Inspection Valet” additional product, we carry out the inspection procedures of the vehicle required by law within the scope of our Inspection Valet service. So that you do not waste time on the performance of operational processes such as delivering the vehicle to, waiting at, and taking the vehicle back from the service.
Vehicle Breakdown Valet
In the event of a breakdown, such as warning lights on the vehicle dashboard or various malfunctions in the vehicle's components, we provide valet and towing services to the user. Towing services are offered for situations that prevent the vehicle from operating. Depending on your chosen annual usage rights, you can benefit from this service 1, 2 or 3 times per year.
