How can I register to Hedefnet?
You can initiate the process of creating your Hedefnet account by requesting it from your Portfolio Manager.
What can I do if I forget my Hedefnet password?
In case you forget your login password, the current password needs to be reset. You must click the Forgot My Password button on the Hedefnet homepage and enter the e-mail address and phone number you registered with Hedefnet. Using the temporary password sent to your e-mail, you can log in to Hedefnet again and renew your password.
Can users other than fleet managers use Hedefnet?
Yes, a fleet manager with a Hedefnet account can create a new user by clicking the Users button in the left menu of Hedefnet, and then clicking the Add New User button on the page that opens.
How can I alter or cancel appointments booked on Hedefnet?
Cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments cannot be made through Hedefnet. For such requests, you can reach our Solution Center via the webchat channel on Hedefnet.
