How can I access Hedefnet?

How can I register to Hedefnet?
You can start your registration process by filling the relevant fields in the Hedefnet Usage Protocol delivered to our customers in order to obtain information about the Hedefnet user. After which, the Hedefnet Usage Protocol will be signed by the company official and delivered to the below address via postal service.

We will send a mail to the mail address of the vehicle driver designated in the Protocol (please make sure to check your Junk Mail folder). You can start using Hedefnet after clicking on the link provided in the mail and following through the steps specified therein.
What can I do if I forget my Hedefnet password?
Users who forgot their account password must reset their current password. In order to do this, the user must first click on the I Forgot My Password button located at the landing page of the website and enter the mail address used to register to the website. After which, the user can access the website using the temporary password delivered via mail and renew their password.
Can users other than fleet managers use Hedefnet?
Yes, the designated fleet manager having access to Hedefnet can define other users to access to the system via the User Actions button located at Hedefnet.
How can I alter or cancel appointments booked on Hedefnet?
Users cannot alter or cancel booked appointments via Hedefnet. For such requests, please contact our Solution Center team so that they can take the necessary actions.
